The Life Framework - Mapping Life
A major telecommunications company was going through a brand refresh. During this pivot we created a framework to help them become more life-centric in their business model. We crafted a playbook to this end, which included a “life map” and journey illustrations to show use case scenarios of this model in practice.

The Life Framework Data Map
Mapping Life was understandably a large task, we simplified the framework into an X and Y axis, where they intersect data would be mapped and expanded upon.
The Life Map’s aesthetic design was inspired by the work of Dieter Rams. Repetition, color, and spacing was carefully considered for legibility.
Life Events are the main driver of the Life Map, and guide future decision making within the organization. A click on any Life Event would direct to a deeper break down of our data analysis.
Concept Vignettes
The data and finding from the Life-Map lead to rapid concept generation. Multiple concepts that addressed the findings were socialized internally. I illustrated short 3 panel stories for each that were accompanied by a narrative to help pressure test their potential. Here are 3 of many that were put forth.
