Brand Positioning and Planning:
The runway became a driving design language for the project, following Alaska Airlines motto of “get runway ready” for their crew. Simultaneously, the space required clear path finding that tied in with the visual language of aviation.
Alaska Airlines color scheme and the gradient of the sky provided a color palette for the spaces.

Alaska Airlines Employee Fit Experience
The employee uniform fitting area was re-imagined as a meaningful touchpoint within the on-boarding journey, one centered on personal connection, pride, and anticipation. The space celebrates the personalized selection each new employee gets to make in how they represent themselves at Alaska Airlines. The uniforms were designed by the Seattle based fashion designer Luly Yang, her illustrations were adapted into part of the environmental graphic design.
